quic 프로토콜에 대해 더 자세히 알고 싶습니다.
udp를 통하지만 tcp처럼 순서와 손실 방지 기능이 들어가는 것인가요?
그렇다면 4계층에서 동작하는 tcp와 비교해서 성능 상 이점을 가지고 있을까요?
