Yeah it's not the same rules on the d3 and plot repos :) All good for me — there will be quite a bit of work in the notebooks themselves when they have links. |

Removes the
?intent=fork, suppressing the green fixed banner at the top of notebooks to give a cleaner presentation of the notebook.
