Situation
dependenciessection of package.json, it does not rebuild the app. An attempt was made to solve this issue, originally described in Renovate fails to update dependencies correctly #1252 through PR chore: add Renovate rebuild action workflow #1577. This created the workflow rebuild-dist.yml, however this solution does not retrigger CI workflows, so it leaves any such PR in an untested state.These are the current dependencies:

Since Renovate cannot complete all steps necessary to correctly update the action with updated
dependencies, add packageRules to renovate.json to ignoredependencies, using matchDepTypes.Renovate will then only update
devDependencies, which can be handled cleanly.Updates to
dependencieswill then be handled manually without having to manually reject Renovate's incomplete PRs.The workflow rebuild-dist.yml, which only came into play for
dependenciesPRs from Renovate, becomes obsolete and is removed.
