When I think of it, this document is starting to look like what CHANGLOG.md might should have been. Can I suggest reinstating CHANGELOG.md, Remove all the unccessary list of PRs and let it contain the "What's changed" section (only) for each release? What do you think about that? We use it to suggest the messaging per release, and that the final version will be approved in the release PRs. This way the CHANGELOG.md actually have a function and we get a format where we can agree on wording before publish. |

Great work. It looks good. I haven't double checked that the contents for older releases are accurate, but I'm not sure that's that important.
