It's in but disutils bundled with setuptools is not yet updated as of https://pypi.org/project/setuptools/77.0.1/ |

Seems now it's resolved in setuptools 77.0.3 released on PyPI. |

Tentatively workaround Windows build error with setuptools v76.0.0.
The fix is ongoing at pypa/distutils#342
