Restore `libcryptopp.pc` for consumers using `pkg-config libcryptopp`. Keep `cryptopp-modern.pc` as a version-pinned alias so it cannot resolve through a different-version `libcryptopp.pc` earlier in the search path. Update CMAKE.md and extend the install tests to verify both pkg-config names and the alias dependency.

libcryptopp.pcfor upstream pkg-config compatibility and keepcryptopp-modern.pcas a version pinned alias.Update the install docs and add regression checks for both package names.
