Summary
OS Windows 7 x64 Version 1.5.15 x64 worked fine. The app prompted for an update. After uninstalling the old version and installing version 1.6.1 x64 it does not start automatically or manually. Apparently the latest version cannot work on Windows 7, but then why does the app offer an update?

Expected Behavior
