Encode using Hash functions (MD5, SHA1 etc) throws errors in the output box:

Invalid UTF-8 encoded text: unexpected continuation byte at 0x1 (this last bit varies).

I am testing on recent Chrome 77.0 and Safari on Mac 10.14.
