Describe the Bug

If the book has a style sheet that specifies Capital Letters, the word appears split.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Files.
2. Open any book with Capital Letter.
3. Capital Letter appears separated from the rest of the word.

Expected Behavior

Display the capital letter with a different hierarchy from the rest of the text, or do not apply any style, and the letter should be displayed as a continuation of the word.
