Describe the Bug

In #294, a change was made to show the navigation button hints in the chapter select screen. However, if Reading Orientation is set to landscape, the hints are dawn at the bottom of the rotated screen, not where the buttons are:

I'm not even sure we can draw fonts rotated, so my personal preference would just be to not show the hints in this case (perhaps a system-wide setting to reclaim screen space if you don't need them anywhere...). What does everyone think? This will eventually affect the home/settings/etc screens if those start to support landscape orientation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. set Reading Orientation to one of the landscape choices
2. press the confirm button while in a book to call up chapter selection

Expected Behavior

The hints are not drawn in a different place than the physical buttons.
