Describe the Bug

In the Table of Contents screen, long-pressing any of the scroll buttons (i.e., left/right or volume up/down) can jump multiple entries or cause a highlighted selection to disappear entirely.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a book
2. Press "confirm" to enter ToC
3. Use left/right to select an entry in the middle of the list
4. Long-press left or right, then release it.

Expected Behavior

Move up or down one entry, or scroll a full page up or down
