Describe the Bug

When an epub v3 file is open, the TOC can be accessed by pushing the "select" key, but if a chapter is selected from the TOC, the file just goes back to the beginning of the book. This happens on some files and not others; I can send more info via email if desired.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to TOC
2. Select a chapter
3. The book will go back to page 1 (cover)

Expected Behavior

Goes to beginning of selected chapter
