This commit makes CI run on the temporary v2 branch we're using for Crossplane v2 development. It also makes it push charts to a new 'preview' repo. Signed-off-by: Nic Cope <[email protected]>

This commit makes CI run on the temporary v2 branch we're using for Crossplane v2 development. It also makes it push charts to a new 'preview' repo.
