Description
This PR makes it possible for the Element attributes and fields to be displayed differently on element index pages depending on the selected view mode (structure, table, thumbs, cards).
If an entry type is configured to have an icon, that icon is no longer displayed next to the entry type name in the cards view mode (as opposed to that icon being hidden with css).
When an element is displayed in the cards view mode, a lightswitch field shows its value when the field is toggled off.
