Description
When moving entries between sections, we need to update their drafts, too. When doing so, we need to factor in not only “regular” drafts but also provisional ones.
When moving entries to a structure, we need to place their provisional drafts in the new structure, too.
When moving entries from a structure, we also need to clean up structure element data for the drafts and provisional drafts from the old structure.
