What happened?

Description

When there is an error with a Date field on save, the input does not receive the error border color.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a required Date field in an field layout.
2. Attempt to save an entry without adding a value to this field.

Expected behavior

The input border should have the error color applied, like other inputs.

Actual behavior

The border remains untouched.
