What happened?

Description

Starting in 5.6.2, if you create a new nested entry, either inside a matrix or in ckeditor, that has a link field in it, select an entry and save, the entry disappears. See the following videos:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new entry type that has a link field, with entries enabled.
2. Create a new matrix field and add the entry type to it.
3. Add the matrix field to the entry type for a section.
4. Create a new entry in section.
5. Create a new block in the matrix field.
6. Add an entry to the link field.
7. Save.

Expected behavior

The entry should be saved with a matrix block and an entry in the link field.

Actual behavior

The entry is gone.
