What happened?
Description
The Okina character ( ʻ or U+02BB) is preserved in slugs, even when limitAutoSlugsToAscii is set to true.
Steps to reproduce
- Paste the character in the title of the entry, the autoslug will generate a slug.
eg. Hawaiʻi’s Lēʻahi Lūʻau Celebrates Kūpuna and ʻOhana Traditions in Wailuku
Expected behavior
The character should be removed.
Actual behavior
The character passes through the autoslug filters.
