What happened?
Description
Users without access to the queue manager should not see failed jobs in the sidebar.
Steps to reproduce
- Make a queue job fail.
- impersonate a user widout access to the queue manager.
- check the sidebar.
Expected behavior
The user should see If jobs are running, but not if they failed.
Actual behavior
The user sees the text "failed", but can not take any actions.
This creates confusion.
