What happened?

Description

When using Element Index view on a Matrix field, relations are shown in the original field and the multi-instance field.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Matrix Field
2. Create an Entry Type and add the same entries field twice
3. Set Matrix field View Mode to 'As an element index', 'Include Table View' enabled and add entries fields to Default Table Columns
4. Create an Entry & Nested Entry inside the Matrix field, add one relation to each entries field
5. Element Index view will show the relation from the second entries field on the first entries field

Expected behavior

Each entries field will show only one relation in this case

Actual behavior

The first entries field shows its relation and the relation of the second entries field
