The working group stack (qntm relay, APS, AgentID, ArkForge, OATR, Agora) has been finding each other mostly through A2A spec issues and the OATR repo. Those are the wrong homes — the A2A issue tracker is for the A2A spec, and the OATR repo is for trust registry governance. The WG discussion keeps drifting into repos it doesn't belong in.
This repo seems like the natural home, given that's where the specs live and where you pointed people when the WG was taking shape.
Proposal: A single issue here for WG coordination — implementation updates, compatibility questions, cross-project work. Not a discussion forum, just a place where WG-adjacent projects know to look and contribute without cluttering other repos.
Longer term: the right answer is probably using the stack itself — A2A messages, OATR-attested identity, the relay. But that's a future goal. For now a GitHub thread beats scattered issues.
Happy to be redirected if there's already a better channel I'm not aware of.
