Description
The issue is that gxpdf v0.2.0 doesn't properly handle incremental PDF updates (multiple xref tables with /Prev chains and /XRefStm). This is a limitation of the gxpdf library when dealing with PDFs that have been edited/saved multiple times (like Word-generated PDFs).
