Merging. @TomSweeneyRedHat please let me know what I should do, while not stepping on your toes — e.g. should I tag a c/image release now, or wait for vendor/CVE updates?

@mtrmac could you cut a new release? CRIO will need a new c/image release to get this feature and MCO implementation. |

@QiWang19 we plan to do a “vendor dance”, tagging releases of projects including the top-level Podman, next week. Does that timing work? |

Bumping to v5.34.1. This will allow the BYOPKI functionality to be added to c/image in time for RHEL 9.6/10.0. As I don't see any pending PRs for the v5.34 branch, I will start the dance with a v5.34.1 bump (#2743). Once merged, I'll create a release, and I will keep on dancing. |
