Description

When we passed all the OCI Spec conformance tests, we applied for OCI Certification. The certification was approved soon after the application and we're listed on the official OpenContainersInitiative Website. Since it was a big milestone for us to hit, it'll be nice if we can add the badge on our repository, right next to the status badges.

Additionally, we might have to check in with the OCI Team to figure out which badge would be the best to show on our website and cross check for any blockers
