As a participant in OpenSSF, I'm definitely in favor of adding this to containerd, but this PR needs to be in our main code repo: containerd/containerd. This is just a project-specific repo to collect up standard documents, governance, maintainer info, etc. |

Hi, as mentioned in #91, here is the changes that enable the OpenSSF Scorecard Github Action and add the Badge to the README file (which is completely optional).
