Minor enhancement to the CLI
containerd,ctr, andcontainerd-stressprinted output when running with the--helpflag.Ensures those
--helpoutput descriptions are consistently uppercase (minus those starting with containerd) in addition to theops.mddoc reference to thecontainerd --helpoutput is accurate.
