WithModTimeUpperBound sets the upper bound value of the ModTime property of the tar entry structs. WithSourceDateEpoch now implies WithModTimeUpperBound too, in addition to WithWhiteoutTime. For moby/buildkit issue 3296 Signed-off-by: Akihiro Suda <[email protected]>
