What is the problem you're trying to solve

We have some fuzzers in https://github.com/cncf/cncf-fuzzing/tree/main/projects/containerd. However keeping them in-sync with containerd/containerd is hard.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should move the fuzzers from cncf-fuzzing to containerd/containerd. Some of them could be rewritten with Go 1.18's native fuzzing support.
