Newly introduced Windows Periodic jobs flake. Error: Timeout, server 40.114.204.114 not responding.
This most certainly is related to the location for the Azure VM ( westeurope ) vs the location of the Machine used by Github Actions. It is something I have seen happening once before but treated it as a random event. I will investigate other more robust locations for the Azure VM and/or find a way to recover the connection so we reduce the flakyness.
