What is the problem you're trying to solve
I encountered the same problem as the one described in #4215.
I have tried with the latest releases (1.3.4, 1.3.5 and 1.3.6) and I get the same errors in all of them.
I am now using master branch to build the containerd binaries from source as a workaround, as master branch has the problem fixed.

Is there any plan to add the fix that master branch has implemented into a next containerd minor release, like for example version 1.3.7?
