Just out of curiosity was there an issue with Python 3.12 that required the update to Python 3.13? I thought I saw a few issues in the past asking about updating base to Python 3.13, but the consensus was that it was more likely that base would eventually update from Python 3.12 to Python 3.14. |

Not really. We update the base version from time to time. Seemed like a good time to update it. |
