Issue

We noticed a problem with the Windows Miniforge3 installers built in v25.3.0-3 where the environment name was not being displayed in the terminal window. This was specific to cmd which is what is used with the Miniforge Prompt.

We found that it was an issue specific to conda==25.3.0 and was fixed in conda>=25.3.1.

• Restore CMD prompt modifier conda/conda#14713

It would be great if we could bump Miniforge to 25.3.1-0 to incorporate the fix in conda==25.3.1.
