Github released ubuntu-slim runners last week, with these properties:

• 1xCPU
• 5GB RAM
• 15min max runtime
• No Docker socket

They are meant to be used in quick jobs like labelling issues, linting, formatting, etc. Since we probably have a few like these all over our infra, I started this issue to compile all related PRs. We may save a few resources here and there.
