Pin versions for pyproj and xyzservices and remove version pin for proj.

Checklist

  • Used a personal fork of the feedstock to propose changes
  • Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
  • [ ] Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)
  • Re-rendered with the latest conda-smithy (Use the phrase @conda-forge-admin, please rerender in a comment in this PR for automated rerendering)
  • Ensured the license file is being packaged.

Remove version pin for proj.

Cool. Thanks. Let's try it. There are a few package versions that would be updated in a new release but it doesn't matter here.

xyzservice will work, no doubt. But whether pyproj works better then proj - ? we shall see 😄

Ich weiss glaubs warum der build nicht funktioniert hat. Sollte demnaechst wieder funktionieren. 🤞

There seems to be a problem with access to the Climada Data API. I tried again, it's still there.
