I unfortunately don't personally have enough time to maintain this repository any more. @cgwalters and @xzfc have been helping out (thanks!) and after talking to @cgwalters he's offered to receive this repository in the https://github.com/composefs organization (where tar-core currently lives too). One nice part about being part of an org instead of a personal account is that permissions will be a bit easier.

@xzfc do you have any concerns about transferring the repo over there? You'd keep permissions to help maintaining of course.

Otherwise I wanted to raise this here in case anyone had any urgent thoughts or such about this. If I don't hear anything back I'll probably do the transfer in a week.
