Fixes #4394.
On Windows, the
pathlibrary converts/to\; this messes up URLs and GitHub templates by causing e.g.yesodweb/simpleto be interpreted asyesodweb\simple, which is obviously invalid. This has been fixed by adding an extraStringfield to the appropriate constructor storing the exact template name which the user has passed (with.hsfilesappended if needed).
