Use a shortcode to display a list of authors that have engaged via a webmention.
Specific domains can be excluded from the list via the settings page.
Add [wmdirectory] in any post/page or <?php echo do_shortcode("[wmdirectory]"); ?> in a template.
Requires the indieweb Semantic Linkbacks plugin.
