Be more specific in page titles for browser tabs (create post and edit) #1095
Description
The title shown in a browser tab is the name of the community plus, sometimes, something more specific -- category name on the category page, question title on a question page, user name on a profile page. However, "post" (aka "ask question") and "edit" don't do this; we just show the community name.
Can we add "edit" for the edit case and the text of the "post" button for the posting page?
