I found the scope @muxunorg is being used for distributing binary files and images, without uploading or publishing any source code.
Normally, npmjs is used to distribute JavaScript packages along with their metadata, version history, and dependencies.

I noticed that they are using the npmmirror project to distribute files, which may not be its intended purpose.
So I opened this issue to report the situation to you.
