Adds support for using .yaml or .yml for application and timeline configuration.
The used configuration file format is chosen in the following order of precedence:
.yaml.yml.jsonThe builds now include
application.example.yamlandtimeline.example.yamlwhich can be used instead of the JSON files by removing the .example from the filename
