If the milestone change happened in like 30 min from now there wouldnt even be a need for a separate PR, this one would test correctly, signed, and merged in the time frame. @perrotta @qliphy what do you think?

@tvami master release is 12_3_X now.
As announced since longtime (and with a few days delays also) 12_2_X was closed with pre3.
Any (justified) request to backport in 12_2_X will be taken into account as usual, after the PR is merged in master first.
