Spanner Emulator 1.5.27, the order of the generated columns becomes incorrect

When the version of the Spanner Emulator is changed from 1.5.9 to 1.5.27, there is a change in the code generated for storing columns.
The order of [CompositePrimaryKeysByError3](https://github.com/cloudspannerecosystem/yo/blob/44c1d636a3cb215cbf4e45893496770b536b032e/test/testdata/schema.sql#L33) changes from ZY to YZ.
