Describe the bug
When you hover your mouse over a button or file and the tooltip appears, the button or file itself is often obscured by the tooltip and cannot be clicked.

This happens both in the sidebar and in the file manager.

Expected behavior
Ideally, the tooltip disappears in time when selecting the next file or button, and its position is also shifted more to the side.
