Now that CQ can do incremental syncs, we should look into syncing Cloudtrail Events.

Describe the solution you'd like

We might want to make this a standalone plugin so that users can decide which trails that they will pull events from.

Otherwise if this is going into the AWS plugin then we should only pull events from the default trail that does not log any data events, only management events
