Describe the resource

This resource will be added to the existed plugin of aws efs.
Access point is a feature to enforce a user identity and a root directory.

Use Case

We need to use this resouce to check the efs's security in Security Hub.
The third and fourth Efs's security control in the reference link have to check
from the Access Point of the EFS.
