These tests have been failing most of the time since the pipeline moved to Noble. Upping the timeouts in hopes of making them more reliable. To those who come here after us: please make this poll for success intead of just bumping this again.

These tests have been failing most of the time since the pipeline moved to Noble. Upping the timeouts in hopes of making them more reliable. These timeouts were introduced in the face of similar failures.
