Bug Description

Hello, I wanted to mention a couple of things, if it's not too much trouble. It turns out that I was downloading the programme and it told me that vulkan-1.dll was missing, so I tried to uninstall it, with all the data from the control panel. I had to do some research and download it from vulkanlunarg.org to get it to work properly (VulkanRT-X64-1.4.321.0-Installer.exe). I also installed Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 just in case I was missing something behind that. However, I reinstalled it afterwards. Everything was fine because I wanted to see if it was possible, but when I downloaded ‘whisper small’, it closed on its own and I couldn't use it. Why is this happening? Is there a solution?
