The support for exposing and displaying the count of global services got dropped in the blamed commit. Let's also clean up the leftover global services status info, which otherwise always displays incorrect information. The support for exposing and displaying the count of global services got dropped in the blamed commit. Let's also clean up the leftover global services status info, which otherwise always displays incorrect information.
