This commit adds support for capturing
resource (CPU/memory) usage of nodes and pods
when metrics server is installed. Two new files
are included in the sysdump:

  • k8s-node-memory-cpu-usage-<ts>.txt
  • k8s-pod-memory-cpu-usage-<ts>.txt
