A new image tagging pattern based on a combination of timestamp and commit sha was introduced in cilium/image-tools#286 to allow renovate to order OCI image tags and update their refs. The
network-perfimage ref here is still using the old tagging pattern, so renovate is unable to update it. Hopefully once this PR is merged, renovate will be able to start automatically updating this ref.The ref is being updated to the current latest version of the
